About us
We build the systems behind growing businesses
A small team based in Lilongwe, Malawi, building websites and business systems for Malawian organisations and UK small businesses.
Our story
Gabriel started building websites and systems in 2019. He had enjoyed building software since school, and he kept seeing Malawian companies held back by outdated systems: paper files, spreadsheets and software that no longer fits how they work. Websites & Systems Co exists to modernise them.
We are based in Lilongwe, in Area 47, and work with organisations across Malawi.
Our UK work started through a colleague who introduced us to UK clients. They still send clients our way, and those clients now refer other businesses to us too.

We learn how your business runs today and what's slowing it down.
- 02
See it working
Before you commit, you click through a working demo of a similar system (or watch a video tour for private systems), then a paid discovery step builds a clickable prototype of yours.
- 03
Fixed scope & price
One written proposal: what we'll build, timeline, cost. No surprises.
- 04
Build in short cycles
You see progress every week or two and give feedback on the real thing.
- 05
Launch & look after it
Training, hosting, backups and support on a monthly care plan.
